Phuket – Phi Phi Island – Phuket

Today proceed for Phi Phi Island Tour by big boat. Cruise by big boat to visit one of Asia’s most beautiful islands. Upon arrival to Phi Phi Don, the larger of the two Phi Phi Islands, it is time to soak yourselves in the clear waters and even go for swimming and snorkelling among the colourful corals. Activities there would be at your own risk and cost. We'll also explore the Kahi island by cruise. 

Note: Entrance fees to the national park at Four Island to be paid directly by the guest.

Phuket City Tour

Today after breakfast proceed for city tour of Phuket. Visit the city’s well known scenic spots including Kata and Karon view point, Wat Chalong- an architectural masterpiece of temples and the Big Buddha statue. An english speaking is included. Entry for Wat Chalong and Big Buddha statue is also included. Return to the hotel by evening. Overnight stay in Phuket.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

- Given rates will not be applicable on Diwali weekend, Christmas, New Year weekend, Long weekend, and other festival dates.

- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the start of services.

- 100% advance is required for flight bookings and visa processing.

- Accepted modes of payment: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer.

- Delay or non-payment may lead to automatic cancellation without refund.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A. Cancellation by Customer:

- More than 30 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee

- 15-29 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee

- 7-14 days before travel: 75% cancellation fee

- Less than 7 days: No refund

B. Flights:

- Flight tickets are non-refundable unless specified by the airline's policy.

- Date change or cancellation charges will apply as per airline rules, plus a service fee from our side.

C. Visas:

- Visa fees are non-refundable once application is submitted.

- Visa rejection does not qualify for a package refund. Cancellation of the package will follow standard charges.

Refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 working days after deduction of cancellation and applicable service charges.

3. AMENDMENT POLICY

- Booking amendments (change in dates, names, itinerary) are allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and additional costs.

- No amendments can be guaranteed for flight tickets or visa applications once processed.

- Within 7 days of travel, no changes will be entertained.

4. FLIGHTS & VISA SERVICES

A. Flights:

- Any schedule change, delay, or cancellation is solely governed by the airline, and we are not liable for such disruptions.

- Reissue, refund, or rescheduling will incur airline charges + service fee.

B. Visas:

- We provide assistance in documentation and submission but grant of visa is entirely at the discretion of the respective consulate/embassy.

- We are not liable for:

 - Delay or rejection of visa

 - Any loss due to visa denial

 - Missed departures due to visa delays

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip.

- Responsibility for third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport) lies with the respective providers.

- We reserve the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary in the interest of safety, feasibility, or due to external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political issues, force majeure).
