Day 01
DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN VARANASI

Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport/Railway Station, our representative will meet you and transfer to your hotel. After freshen up, drive out for the Temple Tour – visit New Kashi Vishwanath Temple also known as Birla Temple located in Banaras Hindu University, Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Temple and Tulsi Manas Mandir.

Later you will be driven to the bank of the River Ganga to witness the Blissfull World Famous Heart Touching Ganga Aarti. Before Ganga Aarti, you will enjoy the Boat Ride and visit some important and historical ghats and finally reach Dashashwamedh Ghat to watch the Ganga Aarti from the Boat. After the Aarti you will stroll through the streets and enjoy the tasty street food and return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Varanasi.

Day 02
DAY 02: VARANASI - BODHGAYA

Early morning visit Old Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, and Vishalakshi Temple in the same campus. On the way return visit Kal Bhairav Temple then back to hotel for breakfast.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, drive towards Bodhgaya (265 Km/06 hours). On reaching, check in to hotel. After taking rest, head out to visit Sujata Temple, Sujata Kheerdan Stahal, Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue and Monastery. After completing sightseeing back to hotel and overnight stay at Bodhgaya.

Day 03
DAY 03: BODHGAYA – GAYA - PRAYAGRAJ

After having breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Gaya (12 Km), upon arrival visit river Phalgu to perform the ritual of Pind Dan for your ancestors. After Pind Dan do darshan at Vishnupad Temple and Mangla Gauri Temple. After completing sightseeing and darshan at Gaya, You will be driven to Prayagraj (380 Km/7.5 hours). Upon reaching Prayagraj check into the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel in Prayagraj.

Day 04
DAY 04: PRAYAGRAJ – AYODHYA

Post breakfast visit the Holy Triveni Sangam (Meeting point) of the three rivers - Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. for ritual bathing and pooja offerings. Hanuman Temple, Alop Devi temple. Later return back to the hotel.

In the afternoon check out from the hotel and drive to Ayodhya (185 Km/4.5 hours). On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at Ayodhya.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the start of services.

- 100% advance is required for flight bookings and visa processing.

- Accepted modes of payment: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer.

- Delay or non-payment may lead to automatic cancellation without a refund.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A. Cancellation by Customer:

- More than 30 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee

- 15-29 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee

- 7-14 days before travel: 75% cancellation fee

- Less than 7 days: No refund

3. AMENDMENT POLICY

- Booking amendments (change in dates, names, itinerary) are allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and additional costs.

- No amendments can be guaranteed for flight tickets or visa applications once processed.

- Within 7 days of travel, no changes will be entertained.

4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip.

- Responsibility for third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport) lies with the respective providers.

- We reserve the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary in the interest of safety, feasibility, or due to external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political issues, force majeure).
